Procedures

GENERAL WORKING PROCEDURes TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. NCNDA is executed by relevant parties
  2. Buyer sends LOI/ICPO and seller sends FCO in response which buyer if acceptable with the terms signs and sends back in acceptance.
  3. Seller sends draft contract to Buyer, buyer review, fill in signed and resend to Seller who then sign and seal and send Final copy in PDF file.
  4. Upon signing of contract, seller is expected to issue Proforma Invoice
  5. Upon confirmation of invoice from seller, Buyer is expected to process payment to seller bank account with 100% Confirmed, Non-Transferable, Operative, Irrevocable DLC MT700 + MT103 against delivery at final destination port.
  6. Upon confirmation of payment formalities, Seller prepares buyer’s order and shipment within 21 Working days
  7. Buyer is invited to visit and see their stock to confirm availability before, see the stuffing and the loading in the presence of the Buyer and/or Buyer’s representative(s). Upon confirmation of his DLC instrument, should buyer see fit.

PAYMENT MODE/TERMS:

* 100% Confirmed, Non-Transferable, Operative, Irrevocable DLC MT700 + MT 103 against delivery at final destination port.
* 2% Performance Bond against confirmation of DLC MT700
* Instrument MUST also be durable for one year one day
